About the Role
Responsibilities
- Reporting to regional team, ensure a high-level of support to our partners and customers for successful implementation and maintenance of our products. This includes remote and on-site optimization/troubleshooting as required, as well as assisting the regional or HQ test labs in re-producing issues to ensure prompt resolution.
- Organize Proof of Concept (PoC) trials at customer or partner sites. Generate trial report and present the test results.
- Deliver technical product training to partners and customers as required.
- Monitor incoming support requests, generate trouble ticket & review support history from customer/partner.
- Manage hardware-related support, including coordinating unit swaps and managing the RMA process.
- Create detailed field instructions for system restoration or issue workarounds as required.
