Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality content optimized for both SEO and LLM consumption , ensuring clarity, accuracy, and scalability.
- Develop in-depth content on product applications, use cases, and case studies , with strong technical depth when required.
- Create authoritative CX industry content that supports marketing, sales, and thought leadership.
- Own and continuously improve content performance , with the ability to demonstrate impact through SEO results, traffic growth, engagement, and CTA conversion metrics.
- Automate content creation workflows and optimize, train, and iterate on selected LLMs to produce higher-quality content at scale. Experience with content engineering tools such as AirOps is a strong plus.
