Experience: 5-7 years hands-on experience in network and firewall support

Work Mode: On-Site ( 8x5 )

Shifts: Flexible hours with on-call support when required

Role

Provide on-site support and administration for enterprise network and firewall security infrastructure at client premises. Responsible for maintaining availability, performance, and security of LAN/WAN connectivity and perimeter defenses through monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration management, and incident response. Supports ongoing optimization to ensure a stable and secure network environment aligned with operational needs.
