About the Role
Position: Digital Marketing Technical Sales Representative - Mandarin + Cantonese
Location: Malaysia | Onsite
Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM | Monday to Friday
Salary: RM4,600 to RM5,500 + sales KPI bonus
Requirements
- Fluent in traditional Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales & digital marketing experience
- Technical background or experience (web, IT support, or technical consulting preferred)
- Experience with social media ads, Pixel, API/SDK, MS Office is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide scheduled technical support via phone, chat and email, assisting with integrations and issue resolution
- Advise on performance improvements, guide conversions API implementation and monitor customer results
