This position is responsible to develop the casting elastomers business across ASEAN region (including Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Philippines), and implement the sales and marketing strategies to ensure sustainable growth of the elastomers portfolio.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure sales targets are achieved for Specialty Cast Polyurethane (SCPU) and Vulkollan products.
Develop new distributors and new business opportunities in emerging markets such as Vietnam and Indonesia.
Support and guide distributors to successfully promote Covestro products and grow the business.
