About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Renewal Teams to deliver technical pre-sales support and address the needs and
challenges of Commercial Customers through technical discussion.
- Conduct customer remote product demonstrations and customer presentations to highlight and
showcase solution value.
- Provide proactive technical support by analyzing customer environments and providing actionable
insights to identify sales opportunities. This includes:
a. Monitoring and partnering with customers to ensure effective utilization and consumption as well as identifying upsell potential;
b. Suggesting appropriate upsell/cross sell solutions; and
c. Promoting product adoption and increasing customer utilization rates.
