Technical Sales Engineer

Our client is a fast-growing technology company.

Position Scope:

The Technical Sales Engineer will provide deep technical/application support to the outside sales team, qualify opportunities and design solution proposals for melt-shop, casting, reheat, and ladle equipment. This role includes driving technical closes, leading field trials and handoff to service.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements and provide solutions by working with the Engineering Department to create proposals
• Provide technical support directly to customers on the products and their applications
• Participate in sales presentations to customers
• Provide internal technical support to Production and Sales & Marketing
• Perform system level design work for complex custom orders
