Technical Sales Consultant

Duties

• Translate customer business needs into technical requirement documents that can be understood and implemented by technical teams.
• Develop compelling ROI evaluations based on customer use cases and requirements
• Make things happen. You will organise, plan, create and deliver on demonstrations, convincing proof of concepts and implementations. This includes writing scripts that tackle our customer challenges and create a seamless experience when adopting our solutions.
• Build a strong relationship with your clients and ensure their business grows alongside ours. You will ensure they are successfully onboarded and that our solution becomes a critical part of their operations (including any integrations or up‑sell at later stages).
