Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles for developer roles (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, DevOps, etc.)
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical experience and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and assessments
• Maintain and update candidate records using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
