About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Technical Recruiter to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America.
The responsibilities of this position are:
- Implement strategies for employer branding
- Attract and engage candidates to apply for open jobs
- Manage the recruitment process
- Hold interviews in Spanish
- Hold interviews in English
- Manage recruitment KPIs to improve the process continually
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Basic understanding of Software Terms (Languages, Frameworks, etc.).
- Experience recruiting candidates for IT positions is desired
- Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
- Full-time availability
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Must be able to hold an interview in both languages
