Flatgigs is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical recruiter) to support the growth of our tech team, recruiting roles ranging from backend and frontend engineers to AI, Machine Learning, IoT, GIS, iOS and Android developers.

• Partner with hiring teams to manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, candidate screening, interview liaison, and closing offers.
• Source, engage, and screen both passive and active talent for existing roles and upcoming recruiting needs.
• Improve candidate experience by creating engagement and facilitating new applications.
• Design and drive innovative programs to engage passive candidates: partnerships, internships, sourcing campaigns.
• Work on the ATS to facilitate the search process...
