About the role:
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for executing the end-to-end recruitment, selection, and placement process for technical positions. The role ensures that the most qualified individuals are successfully hired within the required timeframe. This includes maintaining proper documentation of new hires and coordinating their smooth endorsement to the requesting department or division.
This position reports directly to the Recruitment Manager and functions as an individual contributor, with no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to fully understand hiring needs and role requirements for various technical positions.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to selection, job offer, and onboarding — ensuring timely and quality hires.
