- 2–7 years of experience in the recruitment industry handling IT & Non-IT hiring, including Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing, and Executive/CXO Search.
- Experience in handling niche recruitment and staffing assignments for Tier 1, Tier 2, mid-sized, and start-up organisations.
- Hands-on expertise in job portals, social hiring, referrals, market mapping, and cold calling.
