Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for roles including developers, project managers, designers, and other technical or niche roles.
• Utilize job boards, Boolean search techniques, and ATS platforms to identify and engage qualified talent.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across various roles and industries.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as submittals, interviews, and hires. <...
