Technical Recruiter

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technical and engineering roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, technical role understanding, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data, Cloud, QA, DevOps, Product, etc.)
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, and talent pipelines
Screen candidates for technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a smooth candidate and stakeholder experience
