- Working with Australian team to determine job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Creating and publishing job ads on various networks
- Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates
- Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers and technical leads to schedule interviews
- Collecting feedback from interviewers and guide the decision‑making process
- Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports
- Staying up‑to‑date with new technologies and incorporate that knowledge into talent search
- Conducting background checks and reference checks as required
- Contributing to the overall improvement of the recruitment process and strategies
