Technical Recruiter

PLATO is seeking a Recruiter to join the Talent team in Ottawa. The role suits an early‑career recruiter who is responsive, curious, and comfortable working with evolving requirements.

This position requires working onsite in Ottawa three days per week; fully remote work is not possible.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a recruiting role sourcing and screening candidates
• Experience coordinating interviews and working directly with hiring managers
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving requirements and shifting priorities
• Strong responsiveness, organization, and follow‑through
• Confidence to ask questions, seek clarity, and adjust approach as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in Ottawa three days per week
