Technical Recruiter - Mexico (Contract)

We’re looking for a Recruiter in Mexico who can connect Bitovi with top emerging tech talent quickly — helping us expand our nearshore team strategically and sustainably.

The role is a contractor role, with hourly pay ranging from $20 to $35 USD/hour. Hours are expected to average around 20 hours per week, but will fluctuate based on needs.

What You’ll Do

As a Contract Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in building Bitovi’s nearshore pipeline. You’ll partner with our hiring and delivery teams to find, engage, and close top technical talent across Mexico, and Latin America.

You’ll take ownership of full-cycle recruiting — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and offers — with a strong focus on quality and communication.
