🌟 What We're Looking For:
4+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
Location:- Sector -62 Noida (Hybrid)
Working days:- 4 days Onsite & 1 day WFH (Night Shift) (EST)
✅ What You'll Do:
Source, screen, and submit candidates for US-based clients
Use various job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
Experience working with MSP direct clients and Implementation partners.
Negotiate rates and close candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Willingness to work US shift hours (Night shift) from our Noida office
