• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical, functional, and business roles using multiple recruitment channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct candidate assessments, including technical evaluations and cultural fit interviews.
• Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and compliance.
• Maintain recruitment data, analyze hiring metrics, and prepare reports to drive process improvements.
