Job Title: Recruiter

Compensation: ~$20–$25/hour USD (flexible)

• Lead recruitment efforts for highly specialized roles in hardware, software, networking, and embedded engineering across North America
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure successful placements
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to niche engineering talent pools, using a curiosity-driven approach
• Maintain open communication with internal teams, providing updates and feedback on recruitment processes and candidate progress
