About the Role:
We’re looking for a recruiter to own and execute end‑to‑end recruiting processes for technical roles (primarily software engineers). This person will work closely with the founders and clients.
This is a high‑judgment, high‑ownership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for technical roles (backend, frontend, full‑stack, data, etc.)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and outbound outreach
