We are expanding our recruitment team at Ampstek and are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join us at our Thoraipakkam, Chennai office.
Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai
Work Mode: Onsite
Role: IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter
Experience: 1–4 years (IT recruitment preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for IT positions
- Sourcing profiles via Linked In, job portals, and referrals
- Screening, interviewing, and coordinating with clients
- Managing candidate pipeline and offer follow-ups
- Working on US / APAC / Australia requirements (added advantage)
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in IT staffing or consulting environment
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
