Your Role
As a Technical Recruiter , you will support full-cycle recruitment for technology roles and partner closely with engineering and people leaders to attract and hire high-quality technical talent. You will also contribute to strengthening our Employer and Employee Brand by delivering a strong candidate experience and supporting talent engagement initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned technology roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage active and passive candidates.
- Support proactive pipeline-building initiatives such as referrals, community engagement, social media sourcing, and talent pooling.
