Immediate Hiring for IT Recruiter / HR Recruiter
Location : Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Salary : Upto 4Lpa
Note : Candidate who are based in bangalore will be eligible.
Recruiter Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years experience in end to end recruitment, preferably for IT/Technical roles.
- Bachelors of Science, B. Tech, B.E., B.C.A., or Human Resources degree.
- Good understanding of technology and technical skills.
- Experience recruiting for candidates specializing in the niche areas like ERP software & like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce Workday, SaaS.
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Should be proficient in word, excel, and outlook and use of ATS.
