Who You Are

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience sourcing and screening technical talent — software engineers, AI/ML engineers, or adjacent roles. Agency, embedded, or in-house all work.
• Active AI tool user — sourcing agents, automated outreach sequences, AI‑assisted screening. Already using these, not learning about them.
• Credibly fluent on the AI engineering side — can hold a conversation about LLMs, agents, RAG, or evals, and tell the difference between someone who’s shipped with this stack and someone who’s adjacent to it.
• Strong written communicator — outreach gets opened and replied to because it sounds like a real person who did the research, not a template.
• Organized and proactive with admin — keeps the ATS clean, moves candidates through stages without being chased, keeps hiring managers informed.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving, low‑structure environment — things change quickly here and you don’t need a lot of...
