Technical Proposal Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage end-to-end proposal responses for US SLED and Commercial agency RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and SOWs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, compliant submissions for IT solutions and staffing requirements
• Apply prompt engineering techniques and deep technical knowledge in Application Development, Web/CMS platforms, and Quality Assurance methodologies to critically review RFP requirements, architect solution approaches, and drive proposal development—ensuring responses demonstrate comprehensive understanding of SDLC, modern frameworks, testing strategies, and delivery best practices. Knowledge of Core Java, Asp.Net, SharePoint, React/Angular/Vue, Drupal, WordPress, Azure/AWS/GCP is a plus.
