About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage complete proposal lifecycle including RFQ analysis, bid preparation, and submission
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals with detailed technical specifications, costing, and commercial terms
- Analyze client requirements such as TR, flow rate, Wet Bulb Temperature (WBT), approach, and range
- Coordinate with design, sales, and procurement teams for accurate proposal development
- Develop cost estimation, pricing strategies, and competitive bid submissions
- Handle technical queries, deviations, and client clarifications
- Work with EPC contractors, consultants, and end users for bid alignment
- Prepare datasheets, GA inputs, and technical documentation
- Support contract finalization and order handover
- Improve proposal processes and reduce turnaround time
