Technical Project Manager

About Position:

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably experience in banking and payments domain. Experience leading multiple, large-scale projects in a professional software development environment is required. Knowledge of various SDLC methodologies is essential. Strong, hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a background in a SAFE environment, with preferred certifications. Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, build strong relationships, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with impact to executives, engineers, and product teams.
