Technical Project Manager

You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of fintech initiatives, acting as both a Scrum Master for agile teams and a Project Manager for cross-functional, multi-stream programs. This role ensures predictable delivery, team effectiveness, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to regulatory and security standards common in financial services.

Agile Delivery & Scrum Mastery

• Coach squads on Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models suited for fintech and platform teams.
• Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-quality increments consistently.

Project & Program Management

• Plan and manage fintech and platform initiatives across multiple teams and vendors.
• Own project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
