• Monitoring of Helpdesk activities (closure/repaired units/SU issuance).
• Monitoring of Preventive Maintenance activities.
• Monitoring of Clearance activities for tablets and PCs.
• Monitoring of Resigned employees and reallocation of units.
• Monitoring/updating of Inventory Movement - Monitoring of re-assignments of equipment.
