Overview
We are seeking a  Technical Project Manager (Web/App & Magento 2 ) with a strong development background to lead end-to-end delivery of a startup’s core platform. This role blends project management and technical oversight, coordinating a small specialist team (Magento 2 Backend, Web Frontend, UI/UX, QA) and ensuring high-quality delivery across web applications, Magento integrations, tracking/attribution, and commission/payment workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects end-to-end: scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and delivery
Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, workflows, and documentation
Coordinate and guide key specialists: Magento 2 Backend Developer, Web App Frontend Developer, UI/UX Designer, QA Tester
Lead delivery of core systems:
Affiliate system (user accounts, affiliate IDs, QR code generation)
Tracking & attribution engine (QR scan detection, visitor tracking, fraud...
