Leading and coordinating Windows 10 → Windows 11 upgrades across ~300 VMs in a clustered cloud/virtualised environment.
Managing batch deployment cycles and defining VM status checkpoints with stakeholder sign-offs.
Aligning infrastructure teams across multiple geographies and driving cross-team collaboration.
