Responsible for requirement gathering, evaluating, planning, developing, implementing, and supporting digital applications and solutions, including websites and mobile apps. The role involves coordinating with the associates and third-party application developers for digital integration requirements. Also responsible for coordinating with internal teams, including top management and operations, to ensure smooth functioning of all digital applications.
