Create solution architecture for project engagements with clients. Provides technical direction to the team in design & development. Responsible for team’s work for technical accuracy Responsible for Engineering discipline design reviews preparation and Interface with the customer Responsible and coordinate between HW/SW/SYS/LAB/QA/Mechanical teams to synchronize the deliverables and status reporting. Proposal preparations & work with sales for account mining and growth Accountable for revenue, P&L(Margin), utilization, attrition, trainings etc. Required qualification and Skill
Qualification - bachelor’s degree in E&CE and M.E / MTech is a plus. 8-12 years of Industry experience with experience in Hardware/Electronics Design, Development and Verification activities Experience in Automotive Hardware products such as ECU, BMS, Telematics, ...
