Job Overview

LotusFlare is a cloud‑native SaaS provider based in Silicon Valley, focused on building and evolving a Digital Network Operator (DNO) Cloud platform for telecom operators. The Technical Program Manager will lead strategic projects that deliver value for our enterprise customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, customer success) to deliver cloud‑native software projects.
• Apply strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum, and risk management to keep projects on track.
• Manage sprint backlogs, grooming sessions, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.
• Ensure clear, documented Mormon for all team members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate dependencies between frontend and backend systems and resolve them promptly.
• Keep documentation up‑to‑date, enabling team members to find needed information quickly.
