Overview
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead an enterprise-wide initiative that unifies Content Management (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Document Management (DM). This role combines technical program management and business analysis to modernize content workflows, improve governance, and meet audit and compliance requirements, including PHI-safe practices and SOC 2 readiness. You will partner closely with Security, IT, Marketing, Editorial, and Operations to design scalable content architecture, define requirements, and deliver solutions in an Agile environment.
