Technical Program Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive cross-functional execution across multiple products in active development. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, QA, UI/UX, and Engineering teams to ensure projects run smoothly, deadlines are predictable, dependencies are unblocked, and delivery quality is consistently high. This person will serve as the central coordination point in the technology organization — balancing communication, execution, planning, and technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program & Project Execution
 Manage and oversee 6–7 product development tracks simultaneously.
 Ensure day-to-day visibility on tasks, dependencies, milestones, and blockers.
 Run daily/weekly scrum ceremonies, planning sessions, standups, and retros where needed.
