About the Technical Program Manager / Delivery Manager

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) / Delivery Manager is a core leader within the Core

Product Build Organization, which is our Highest Priority. This role is the linchpin of our

operational success; you are responsible for ensuring that our engineering efforts translate into

a reliable market launch. You understand that without delivery discipline, headcount will thrash.

You will act as the strategic coordinator across the Not Full Team structure, owning the delivery

cadence and managing complex cross-team dependencies. Your mission is to ensure that the

foundational architecture—including multi-tenant models and RBAC—is delivered on time so

the team can ramp once architecture is locked.
