**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in data centers, mission critical or manufacturing facilities operations or projects.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Master's degree or MBA with a technical emphasis, or a related field.
- Experience with launching software automation tools.
- Ability to shift between detailed analysis while customizing communication based on the audience.
- Excellent problem solving, verbal/written communication, and facilitation skills.
