Technical Program Manager (Database Enablement & Adoption)

Overview

As a Technical Program Manager, you will manage the execution of multiple technical programs related to Oracle Database enablement. You will coordinate workflows, schedules, and deliverables to ensure workshops and training assets move efficiently from development to production and remain current over time. This role emphasizes program execution, coordination, and delivery rather than product ownership or long-term portfolio strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain solution-level workshops on behalf of the Oracle Database Product Management organization across multiple technical disciplines.
• Execute and oversee workflows within the LiveLabs Workshop Management System (WMS) to ensure workshops progress from development to production and maintain a high level of quality.
