Technical Program Manager, Data Center Construction Tooling, Data Center Capacity Delivery

AWS Data Center Capacity Delivery (DCCD) is looking for a Technical Program Manager to develop and own a Smartsheet-based solution to support the global DCCD organization. Responsibilities include establishing the product roadmap, tool development, and ongoing maintenance. In addition to these responsibilities, this role also has program management duties such as inventing and simplifying processes, managing program communications, onboarding and training users, and establishing training and program related documentation.

This Technical Program Manager will need to be detailed, flexible, and take strong ownership of a global user base, including system functionality and process implementation. The successful candidate will be obsessed with internal and external system user groups, responsible for scoping and driving implementation of system functionality to the global team.
