At ORBCOMM, we’re looking for a highly skilled Technical Professional Services Engineer to lead customer-facing solution deployment, technical onboarding, and operational performance improvements across our refrigerated container and maritime IoT solutions. In this role, you’ll serve as the technical expert for our customers—helping them implement ORBCOMM technologies, optimize their operations, and fully leverage the capabilities of our platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with global shipping lines, ports, and container OEMs while driving solution adoption, performance reliability, and customer satisfaction across mission-critical environments.
