Base 44 is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Tech Support Specialist to join our growing team. You will be on the front lines, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the overall success of our product. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Provide Base44 users with complex technical solutions, including remote access to systems, analyzing diagnostics, and troubleshooting network or database issues 
• Implement fixes, workarounds, or configuration changes to restore functionality
