Technical Product Support Engineer

This role is part of a dynamic data operations team at IQVIA, focused on analyzing and resolving data discrepancies, writing and troubleshooting SQL queries, and supporting data quality across healthcare analytics platforms. The team plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency, directly contributing to IQVIA's mission of advancing healthcare through data-driven insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Perform data analysis and troubleshooting on open incident / issue

•    Explore the data and understand if any discrepancy is found

•    Document, communicate and analyze data discrepancy. 

•    Knowledge of operational processes (e.g. ITIL)

•    Identify any issue on programming code and provide the technical solution/workaround.

•    Effectively articulate findings or results, data trends and able to come up conclusions.
