JOB DESCRIPTION Accountable for the skills within their team and works with the technical trainer to enhance and build capability within the rooms. Supervise the development of T1 role into future T2 roles. Owns and manages the teams shift production and drives the room performance to hit the hourly targets. Takes accountability for the accurate completion of the process order Job Packs and signs off all rooms first offs. Understands the Quality Management System in detail and can evaluate every task within the room and understand it’s impact on Quality. Maintains the acceptable standard within the clean rooms and acts where they fall below expectations.
