Technical Operations Support

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Operations Support/Coordinator to support our client's operational processes during US daytime hours (Philippines night shift). This role is primarily operational and client-facing, focused on ensuring continuity, accuracy, and smooth handovers between night and day teams.

Core Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries during US daytime hours.
Support day-to-day operational processes and system configurations.
Perform quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
