Technical Operations Specialist

About the Role

The Technical Operations Specialist is a critical role in 2X's RevOps / GTM operations. This person will make sure our technology stack, data flows, metrics, and operational processes run smoothly; partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Analytics) to remove friction; and help innovate and scale operations through automation, monitoring, and system improvements.

Responsibilities

System & Stack Management:

• Manage, configure, and maintain core RevOps / GTM tools (CRM, marketing & sales automation, dashboards, integrations).
• Ensure systems are up-to-date and aligned with business requirements.
• Monitor data flows, pipelines, and integrations to ensure integrity, reliability, and performance.

Process & Automation:

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in GTM operational workflows.
