Technical Operations Engineer

Overview
We're looking for a mid–senior TechOps Engineer to support and operate our production systems, applications, internal tools, and operational environments. This role covers deep application troubleshooting, internal IT/ops tasks, performance optimisation, environment management, monitoring, patching, and ensuring reliable day-to-day operations across the company.
You'll work closely with engineering, cloud/infra, product, and support teams to keep our platforms stable, secure, and performant.
Key Responsibilities
Application & Platform Support
- Troubleshoot production issues, API errors, backend failures, and integration problems.
- Perform log analysis, tracing, diagnostics, and root-cause investigations.
- Support deployments, configuration updates, and release validations.
- Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and manage incidents with proper escalation.
- Maintain strong documentation for runbooks, SOPs, and operational guides.
