About the Role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and communication to customers subscribing to CDN and/or Security solutions.
- Monitor system alerts, security events, and/or performance issues.
- Perform basic configuration changes, troubleshooting, and initial incident assessments before escalating to a backend support team according to pre-established procedures and runbook.
- Support onboarding of applications and domains onto CDN and/or Security systems.
- Analyze HTTP/HTTPS traffic logs to identify suspicious or malicious behavior.
- Maintain operational documentation, incident records, and shift handover notes.
- Participate in shift rotation/on-call support when required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
